THE FIRST STEP IS FREE
Our website provides for Free Download of our beginner class to acquaint you with our Stretch~n~Fold concept. The program includes ALL 36 postures with a 30-second isometric hold for each (27 minutes).

OUR PROGRAMS
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:
ONLINE ACCESS ONLY
Become a member and access our library of information that is continuously updated. These include weekly education segments on common muscle and joint problems, joint protection techniques, and posture correction activities will be presented. Additionally, video and audio descriptions of the individual postures involved in our routines are available for review. See our “online access only” for pricing options.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
We realize the importance of one-on-one instruction, and we offer private consultation by virtual appointment in order to customize your home exercise routine
These include:
• Assessment of your medical/physical status
• Instruction and performance of specific stretching and functional activity
GROUP PROGRAMS
Do you have a group that may benefit from our program? Class instruction for small groups are available, both in person and virtually.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
We want you to join our community and place a virtual mat in our online classroom on a consistent basis. Classes will be approximately 45 minutes long and a schedule will be posted every 30 days. Simply register online and fill out our “onboarding questionnaire and waiver” so we can determine your level of fitness. Then simply review our monthly class schedule and sign up to receive a online link for your choice of class.
The cost for these visual sessions is $79.00 for 8 sessions. Each participant will need a yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks to perform the routine efficiently. Additionally, a laptop computer, tablet or cell phone will be needed to connect to the online link. The block of 8 classes must be completed over a 6-week period to develop competency in the routine.
Online classes are designed for our instructor to be able to assess and correct individual performance of the program. We feel this interactive approach is necessary in order to perform safe and effective exercise at home.
